After being in the industry for 10 years, Steve decided to go on his own and began building new homes in 2002.  We have primarily built in the south metro areas of Chaska, Shakopee, Eagan and Apple Valley.  Recently, many of our customers have been in the Faribault and surrounding lake areas.
